Was that Bowie joining Queen or just Bowie and Mercury doing a duet? But regardless, still the correct answer....either that or Fat Bottomed Girls. |

Under pressure gets my vote. This is the correct answer. Was that Bowie joining Queen or just Bowie and Mercury doing a duet? But regardless, still the correct answer....either that or Fat Bottomed Girls. Queen with Bowie. |

View Quote Came here to vote this. Great harmonies, great guitar work, great lyrics. |

Don't Stop Me Now is my favorite but you can't deny the genius that was Bohemian Rhapsody.

That is very very good, but my vote is for The Prophet's Song from A Night At The Opera. Brilliant in every way, magnificently composed. |

If you want to call anything the greatest band of all time did as pop and sissy, knock yourself out. Late Queen veered completely into disco, pop and fabulousness....fuck yeah I wanna call it that. Some of it was good pop (some was Giorgio Moroder-produced dreck), but they were a great rock band. A great rock band > a good pop band. Simmons drums, sequencers, not a guitar to be heard? You do the math on that shit. |

These guys had more talent than anyone back then, and probably most bands today.
No one will ever top Freddie as a front man and singer. |

I wish I could find a good video recording of Queen at Knebworth Park in 86, I was there and never had a clue that it would or even could be their last concert. I wish I could go back and enjoy it with the context of Freddie's illness.

View Quote I don't know if that's the "best," but it's my personal favorite by a small margin (and I like a lot of their music). |
