If you're a fan of the light novel series, or the anime series, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is pretty good.

I have never seen a really good time travel movie. 12 Monkeys comes as close as any.
Final Countdown was a great concept and had some good parts to it but really didn't deliver much. |

While it is a great short story from Ray Bradbury and a marginally entertaining movie, A Sound of Thunder is a pretty good time traveling story
