The Searchers (1956) - The Doorway Scene (10/10) | Movieclips |

Quoted: It's great. It's a 90 minute toy commercial with the voices of Judd Nelson, Leonard Nimoy, Eric Idle, Casey Kasem, Robert Stack and Orson Wells. And the soundtrack is entirely hair metal, synth pop, and Weird Al Yankovic! View Quote |

I loved the cartoon as a kid, but I never got to see the movie. I saw it in the bargain bin and grabbed it a few years ago and finally watched it. Holy shit, it was bad. Would have probably loved it as a kid, though. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Holy shit, could someone who wasn't born before 1940 chime in? Wise beyond my years, or a cynical, old fuddie duddie? |

The last minute of Life As A House. You've got to see the whole movie though, and pay attention.
It will get dusty. |

The ending of the sixth sense was a good one for me. I was in a 3/4 full theatre when the movie came out. At the end, almost everyone there took a deep breathe when they realized what had happened.

@Fantomas
I've never seen the remake. It couldn't be as good as the original so there's no point. Thanks for verifying I made the right decision. |

Most of the posts are actually the scenes before the ending scene. The correct answer is Heat. Or really, any Michael Mann movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=426LibmHSWw View Quote |

Oh God, the ending of heat sucked. Could they have come up with an even semi-believable end to the shootout? Oh look, I see a shadow, and I can figure out where he is based on the location of the shadow and the light source, pivot 90 degrees, aim, and fire before a guy that's already pointing his gun at me. Makes sense. I love the movie, but the ending is retarded. It would have been infinitely better if it was deniro that saw the shadow and used it to figure out where Pacino was, tried to pivot/shoot but Pacino shoots him first. That would have made perfect sense. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:
