Yep I think I'm going to use this as the reason why we need to change the way we (or at least I) cut PO's. Because we do job costing based off the invoice and not the PO or price in our system, we don't list the items on the PO when we create it. So there is nothing that our guys in the back can use to check off to make sure the order is complete when it comes in. |
