Quoted: Any President that tries that and his party would lose big in 2022 & 24. View Quote If they are successful in stealing this election they can do whatever they want to. That said they will be responsible for countless deaths on both side in the process of trying to disarm a huge number of people. |

Fuck you . I have interpreted the 2 nd Amendment’s “Shall not be infringed” to mean shall not be infringed. Fuck you for your service. May you and your traitorous ilk be laid to waste post haste .

Why not just sell one AR to pay the tax on the rest of them like one member in another thread wants to do?

I'll hand em over, but only if Beto comes in person to my front door

Quoted: What do you mean just heard a blurb. His very lengthily plan has been fully documented on his website for months. Any gun owner that cared about gun rights should have known about it and voting against Biden. Biden can't do anything unless the Dems take the Senate. They could block more imports of things but all the good stuff has been banned already, mostly by the Bush family and a little by Clinton. The biggest thing to look for is taxing gun owners to death. If they take the Senate and put semi-auto's on the NFA the SCOTUS won't touch the case "because it is just a tax" same as Obamacare mandate. Dem cities already add a per bullet tax. That will be coming. Then they will just keep raising the taxes until people can't afford anything. No real ban needs to be put in place, just a tax. Add in registration and no private sales and most legal sales and use of guns will stop. View Quote It was one of those top of the hour updates during the commercial break. This one happened to be right before Rush's show so I was listening to it in the background. It's only noteworthy because it's the first time I've heard a mainstream source actually report Biden's plan, which I've been well aware of for months BTW. Without the Senate, Dem's will squak a lot about it, but probably not get it done. He may still try by executive action, however. The tax is itself the infringement. |

Wonder what his plan is for current NFA items. Does Comrade Biden want to tax them again? Fuck that piece of shit I won’t be complying with anything he does.
I always wanted to be an outlaw I guess imma get my chance. |

Just remember there are members on this site that openly admit they voted for him.

Quoted: It's currently illegal for any Federal agency to keep a list of the firearms a person has. Biden would have to go through Congress for that View Quote It is also illegal to manufacture votes to win elected office. Yet here we are. If you actually believe that there is not currently a list maintained, I would like to talk to you about some beautiful oceanfront property I have for sale. Opportunity of a lifetime. It would cost Billions to do a buy back at market value. Anything less than that is theft. Heck, if it is mandatory at any cost it is theft. |

It is one thing for me to hear others around my age (or younger) to say that they have no plan to comply with Biden's edicts concerning gun control. It is another thing entirely to hear people my parents' age (including my parents and my aunt) to say that they have no plan to comply with them.
Anyone with half a brain ought to realize by now after what we have seen over the previous summer that the gov't has no plan to protect us from the criminals. And, the criminals have no plan to suddenly start obeying the law. It is going be up to us if we really want to protect our property and/or lives. |
