This but I have no idea who she or he is.

I'm guessing you're either much older than 50, or much younger than 40....

Her dad was a famous rocker in the 80's

Her dad also played "Pink" in Pink Floyd's film "The Wall"

To be fair, those pushchairs are a crap design and have very small front wheels - we had something similar (might even be the same make).  it used to come to a stop with the smallest of obstructions and could tip up easily.

Looks like she was pushing it along and went down into a hole in the pavement.

Yup, and to be fair, they come with a harness to keep you from turning into a wheel barrow

Of all the things that a person can become addicted to, I will never understand heroin.  Hearing people describe their experience while on heroin in no way sounds enjoyable and their life's are ruled by trying to get their next fix.  That sounds awful.

Some sort of illness or congenital defect?

I don't know much about her, but I seem to recall an episode a few years back involving heroin.

Talking to addicts, there is a certain 'predictability' about how you will feel when you get a fix.  But it does seem odd that a seemingly well-adjusted mother-of-two would get into it.

School shooting?

To be fair, I was thinking the school shooting happened in Australia or New Zealand. It has been a very long time since I heard the story, but I knew the info of it, what she said, etc, except for the location.

I figured out what happened.

A few weeks before her death, Peaches had expressed concern that her home in Kent may be haunted.
The socialite shared a photo of herself and son Astala in the bath in December which appeared to show a translucent hand to the side of her neck.
She wrote next to the picture: 'And no that isn't my hand - one of mine was round his waist to hold him during the photo, the other holding the camera to take the shot. Also the hand is around my shoulder so totally weird angle if I did it myself. How terrifying!! (sic)'.
Peaches posted the spooky selfie on Instagram and told how she believed the hand belonged to the spirit of a woman who committed suicide nearly 100 years ago after delivering a stillborn baby.
She said: 'The house was built in the 1920s by a rich man and his pregnant wife.
'However, his wife had a stillborn baby and was so grief-stricken she went mad. She apparently drowned herself in the bath.'
Peaches claimed she often felt a ghostly presence in the house - but said it was a welcoming one rather than threatening.
She added: 'The presence I feel isn't malignant or angry, rather maternal and friendly - the house has a lovely atmosphere.
'Maybe she's just making her presence known because she loves having babies around.'
Peaches even started to leave her door open when she slept at night in case the 'ghost comes back'.

Well, that's different.  Thank goodness she didn't kill the kids at least.

Apparently, bestowing a weird name upon your child, is unwise... Even for white people.

LOL, I was just thinking the same thing reading the post a couple above yours.  We hammer blacks and the retarded
names they sometimes give their children, but whites are good at it too!

Heroin addicts just seem miserable, even when they talk about getting their fix.  There seems to be no joy whatsoever in their addiction.

I think he's someone who's well known in the UK but virtually unknown in the US, like Piers Morgan.
