I watched the first 30 seconds or so and wasn't too bad.
WTF though. Stupid fucking cop shot the woman instead of the dog. Should be held just as accountable for it as anybody else in society. |

Also, why was he shooting the dog, it was relatively small. The kid was able to pick it up and hold it. I'll never understand shooting dogs when pepper spray is available. Unless it's a pit or bigger on a full scale face eating charge there are safer ways to handle it.

Wanna know why I carry pepper spray? It isn’t for people and works great on dogs.

In his defense, the adult couple appeared to be having a domestic incident in public.
I believe I heard the officer state that one spouse was striking the the other as he approached. Sad situation but never would’ve happened if they weren’t beating on one another on the sidewalk, while also failing to control their dog. |

Cop thought it was a good place and time to shoot the dog? Was the dog even a threat? Didn’t look like it. But what do I know. I guess he had to get it on. Sad. He’ll be charged with manslaughter at least, no? |
