If I had walked into the conference room to interview that thing I would have walked out and fired the HR girl for wasting my time.

Don't care. She knew it would limit employment before she turned her face into a 9th grade detention desk.

Quoted: She looks in the mirror and says to herself I don't understand. The brains of these people need to be probed to see what makes them think the circus freak show is the way to go. View Quote They think they are unique and that social conventions (the ties that maintain functioning societies) shouldn't apply to them. That they are truly a "unique star" in a fucking universe of untold trillions. They should be given respect (and special consideration) for their bravery in facing the normies that they are clearly superior to. Unregulated arrogance on display. Fuck that bitch. |

Quoted: The guy that used to be our health insurance guy at work did competitions. At work no one had an idea he had tats all over. Long sleeve shirts and pants all the time. He was at a company golf outing in a t-shirt and shorts. Shocked everyone that didnt know. At Orkin you couldnt have any visible tattoos. If they couldnt be covered up, you werent hired. View Quote My dad was denied a job at the Kentucky State Police back in the day because he had a tattoo on his forearm. LOL. Now nearly all cops are all tatted up (ex .mil) |

Washed up pornstar with nasty bolt ons, covered in face ink can't find a job....
Color me surprised. |

Quoted: I have a large portion of my body tattooed but IMO if you tattoo your hands, neck, or face then you're a fucking idiot. Either expect to make minimum wage the rest of your life or find a business where they don't care. And guilty. View Quote Same. If you can’t cover them that on you, and honestly if some one didn’t want to fire me based on my tattoos I wouldn’t care. |

Being tattooed does not entitle you to status as a member of a protected class.

I demanded a blow job from Sophia Vergara, she refused. Clearly she is an anti semite.

Face tats. Satanic chest tats. Drug her face through a tackle box. You’d think she’d be groomed for upper management. Some people.

Quoted: A woman has accused TJ Maxx of rejecting her for a job over her face, neck and body tattoos as well as numerous piercings. Ash Putnam, 23, who goes by @ashxobrien on TikTok, revealed she'd applied to be a part-time worker at the retailer only to learn she'd been passed over through an automated email 'a few weeks' after applying. 'So I wanted to come on here and talk about something that is really starting to annoy me,' she began a TikTok about her failure to land the gig. Her first complaint was that she'd learned of her rejection through an automated rejection email rather than a phone call. But this is standard practice for large corporations when applicants don't make it to the first round of interviews. Even going so far as to walk out and probably never return. And while this is The United States of America, and she does have the right to do that to herself, companies also have a right to not hire anyone who looks like that. It's their choice. There's no law that says you can't not hire someone based on their choice of tattoos or piercings. When I worked at Home Depot, the employee manual said you were restricted to 1 visible non-ear piercing; i.e., lip, nose, cheek, etc.) It didn't say anything about tattoos except that they didn't allow anything graphic (curse/swear words, graphic/bloody depictions, etc.) Thankfully, the worst we had was a girl who worked in appliances dyed her hair either light purple or light pink. She said it was to cover up the gray, but whatever. I still thought she looked dumb (as I told her when she told me why she did it). We may have had someone who had their lip pierced, but I might be misremembering. Anyway, if you have tattoos or piercings like hers, other people have a right to call you dumb or idiotic or stupid or whatever other adjective they can come up with. |

She has made a decision in life to make her self look like a degenerate and she is fake shocked that a family friendly store doesn't want a abomination like that working there to scare people? I call fake BS shock. You know when you do that shit to yourself your life choices will be limited to working in a shitty bar and a tattoo shop. Make poor choices live with it. I wouldn't hire you either.

It's almost like average people see certain things as evidence of poor decision making skills......

Gee, I wonder why no one would want to hire a Satan-Worshiping, inked and pierced up retard? 'Tis a mystery.

That's the modern equivalent of wearing a sign around her neck saying "I have a long history of making bad decisions and I lack impulse control and the ability to foresee consequences".
