Quoted: Just wait, the Demorats next play is to declare that Trump is inciting a civil war. The whistleblower was on the money on everything, so someone in his administration spilled the beans. And never mind that he wanted to talk “gun safety” with Pelosi. Anything and anybody under the bus to try save his ass. Only an extreme democrat would think it's not in the best interest of our country by exposing how the prior admin used their political influence to enrich their own family member in foreign countries. |

I hate to agree with you, but your right. All we have seen thus far is talk. I hope the President follows through with what he said. Still early in this investigation, so only time will tell. View Quote These two narratives aren't going to coexist forever without bloodshed. |

It's not because 'they literally can't under the law' They can. They can't because the next phase fucks them anally in a way that is far worse than 4 more years. What they CAN'T RISK is discovery and people under oath. You can only push a 100% lie until you are legally held accountable to prove it. Unless they can rewrite the Senates rules for removal they will have to prove a charge and have people put under oath. People under oath will either commit perjury (and get caught) or tell the truth. These charges are so full of shit they can't lie their way through a trial. If this was a air tight, slam dunk, the vote in the House would already have happened. They won't vote on impeachment on the Ukraine call. They might have more BS, but not this one. This months lie will last two more weeks. Then a week of next. Then four more weeks of new lie. The only thing that stops this is an attack by Trump and Barr (assuming Barr is part of the solution). View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Because of what you describe but it will still ruin Trump. |

Hell, his staff probably helped draft the complaint. There are way too many coincidences around the timing of this complaint. Changes to the whistleblower form, changes to the reporting requirements to congress, new personnel...all of it happening within the same 30 day period. It's laughable for anyone to argue that all those things happened at the exact same by happenstance. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

WASHINGTON – The State Department’s Inspector General shared a packet of months-old news stories and other Ukraine-related documents during an “urgent” briefing with Congressional staffers on Wednesday, sources told the Daily Caller.
Sources familiar with the meeting said the IG handed over a packet containing, among other old materials, news articles written this past spring by The Hill’s John Solomon about Democratic ties to Ukraine. […] The briefing was a huge blow to Democrats, who were expecting bombshell information regarding the Trump administration’s contact with Ukraine and investigations into former Vice President Joe Biden. In fact, several news outlets reported earlier in the day that the briefing would be about State Department leadership retaliating against career employees who wanted to cooperate with the Democrats’ investigation into Trump.
