It’s a lot of work and clean up, plus I’ll likely be arriving late Thursday night as my job is requiring more hours of me. Going forward I think some prep work in terms of chopping and and whatnot is in order. I absolutely love cooking that dish for everyone but want it to remain an enjoyable experience. @DocJosh when you do do it again, it will be with the world's first peep adorned COLA dutch oven hook. Prep is super key, The other multi day event I used to do I would prep everything at home for the meals, come cook time it was just heat up the griddle, cook, clean griddle, eat. like 30 minutes I'm cypress/tomball for the after cleansing. Hot tub currently broken, might get fixed before then, or it might be cold plunge then outdoor shower to get the cola off |
