To whom? This is Haiti, in all its glory.
To decency. To ourselves. It's an affront to all that is good. It is a child that by all available information suffered an agonizing death. That is someone's baby that they loved and nurtured. and lost. Tragically. We are above that. or at least we should be. for if we are not above mocking the death of a child, then we have no moral authority to tell anyone what is right and deserve every bit of evil that befalls us. When we act reprehensible, we cannot be surprised when our adversaries treat us accordingly.

I thought it was a pretty low bar, it's not like a counseled you to get your life in order, live intentionally, and treat others well.
But now I am curious: if mocking dead children is okay, what, if any behavior should we avoid?
