I had a good time as always. My son had fun too. The pork and jalapeños came out great. Next year I’ll have to add a second rack in the smoker and do 4x the jalapeños at once. We need to do chicken next year too. And brisket, brisket is good.
Thanks to Rustman for letting us come out and get muddy. It was good seeing a bunch of old friends too. That is still the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. |
