Also the SCOTUS has ruled, you have a right to defend yourself, even with lethal force against cops assaulting you like this shit bag. A few more of these cops get planted & smart DA's give citizens the awards for bravery instead of the JBT's the better off we'll all be.

I was cuffed and stuffed in the early 80's from cops pulling over the wrong motorcycle. A guy with a similar MC was riding wheelies thru the park for a few passes then he drove off.
Thinking I better roll I was heading out and the cops road blocked me , pulled me off the bike then cuffed and put me in the back of the car. Three people I dont know tried telling the cops "You got the wrong guy" , cops told them to leave or they get arrested for obstruction. After they ran my plates then tried badgering me into admitting I was the guy I told them they got the wrong guy while laughing at them. I must have repeated it at least a dozen times. After 20 minutes in the car they kicked me lose with threats if I return later I will be arrested. They followed me to the city limits. I returned to the park later that night, in my car, and gave the cops something to do... Most cops will never admit they are ever wrong although one cop of the six at the scene actually listened to me ,the witnesses and did apologize. The other five were OK with towing my bike and sending me to jail. Had I fought with them I would have gone to jail for something totally unrelated but I knew it was coming and not totally blindsided. Its hard NOT to do something when you are mad if you are the cop or the one the cops are targeting. |
