Or, Cubano, whatever you want to call it. Slow roasted pork butt, ham, Swiss, pickle, mustard on a buttered Cuban roll. Pressed on the griddle till it’s good.

I’m baking the bread now and have 10 lbs pork shoulder that has been marinading since Monday ready to toss in the oven at 4 am.

That is all.

I can’t wait.

The only one I've had was when Arby's had it. If their's is that good, I bet a real Cuban restaurant sandwich is amazing.

Latin Pig in Plano. There's another location in The Colony but I haven't been to that one.

Incorrect. Tampa uses salami in addition to roast pork and ham.

Man, I have a Cuban owned small lunch and frozen yogurt shop down the road, I need to go try the Cuban sandwich....looks damn good.

I love me some Rueben sandwich, the Cuban looks very good as well.

There's a Mexican truck I frequent around here, they make Cubano tortas better than anything I've eaten in Florida, and they also make burgers damned near better than any I've had anywhere.
