such a weird point to be at.. we argue as does Heller that RKBA is an individual right not a collective one (leftist idea with no clear origin imo) - but now they would say well then it is an individual right and there is NO collective right, except that in order to do that one would have to affirm the individual right (2a doesnt mean nothing ya know) - and if I can be armed and trained then this bill is an affront to it. no matter how they slice 2a, this cannot comport. |
