 Poll inbound. For most of my life I hated em, and then when we got our first car with em I was completely sold. Heck, I went outta my way to avoid a trim on our last vehicle that had shiny wheels. But I know this is completely subjective, and truly a taste thing. |

Depends on the vehicle and as long as its not all Black on Black and the owner doesn't wear a flat bill hat, skinny jeans and refer to it as "Murda'ed Out", even then, its theirs. I don't really care. Probably not for me.

Trucks, jeeps, meh…
Sports cars, mommy vans, etc? No. Makes a car look dirty. Just my way of seeing them. |

My truck has black wheels from the factory, I plan to change them as soon as I need tires. |

My Ranger came with the black package, I think it looks pretty good.
 I wanted the silver centered beadlocks for the jeep but Northridge didn't have the 5th wheel free bonus on anything but the black when I bought them so black it was.

Also, matte black wheels always look dirty, even when clean. I don’t shine my tires, so I’m okay with that. |

I got some black wheels on my F150 back in 2005. Now they are everywhere. My 21 Ram came with black wheels from the factory but is now sporting bronze wheels.
Bronze is the new black.

I took the wife's truck in for wheels and tires. She said anything but black is OK. She absolutely hated the wheels I picked, so I told her to take it back (discount tires) and pick what she wanted. And this is what she picked:
