MF DOOM - Doomsday (feat. Pebbles The Invisible Girl) Okay. I know. People are gonna talk shit out of the gate: this is a rap track. MF DOOM supposedly paid her $25 for this track. Calm the fuck down. Listen. There's this girl - "Pebbles the invisible girl," who did the amazing female vocals on that track. This girl makes Beyonce look like a bitch. @Subnet Please, Hivemind, let's find this chica. If we can find Looty, I think we can find her. |

There are much better female vocalists. The woman in your link is just "ok". |

Compared to whom?
We agree that Beyonce is easily packaged garbage - that's good - but who's better? |

Actual voice is from a 300LB Black woman. Martha Wash. She did many songs during the 1990s era.

Different voices for different genres. Probably the best all around from pristine to brutal strength both high and low , most versatile, Pat Benatar and Nancy Wilson.
For blues style, I haven't heard anyone better than Sass Jordan. She kills it 110%, every single time, doesn't hurt that she also always has a killer band. To me, the proof is in live video and audio. Sass Jordan - Pissin' Down - Canadian TV Performance |

Tons of range, and, she does her own backing tracks that are higher than her main vocals.

We kinda stumble into her show. I was stunned at how beautiful and clear her voice was. She was very personable on stage as well. We saw Paula Cole in a small venue, she was outstanding as well. Very intense girl. |
