Guaranteed if this was an equally monumental allegation against the right this would be screamed from the rooftops 24/7 and the guilt would be right there. As plain as day. Can’t you see it? Guilt by media and public opinion. Instead we ask if it’s a legitimate source.

For the record, the bureau and DOJ have been spying on judges across the US for decades.
It was discovered via FOIA in the Kenneth Trentadue FOIA requests regarding his brother's murder case, where his body was found beaten and strangled after being picked up by LE looking for John Doe #2 after the OKC bombing. Kenneth Trentadue was an attorney who saw all kinds of problems with the case, and was able to get evidence showing that while in custody, his brother was murdered by Federal agents that applied torture techniques to him thinking he was one of the OKC conspirators. Along the course of his investigation, he learned about a program the Bureau was running called PATCON. PATCON initially started as an effort to get a mildly retarded subject to act as a stooge for them selling stolen night vision from various bases in Texas, in hopes that they would catch militia members and entrap them into a wide dragnet. Nobody was interested other than drug runners, and the program didn't go anywhere. When it came under oversight and annual review from main justice out of D.C., they said WTF! and wanted to shut it down, so PATCON then expanded into other domestic spying operations well outside of Constitutional purview and due process, until it spread into judge's chambers. In order to support FBI and DOJ operations against whistleblowers and other potentially-damaging cases against various political figures, they were able to circumvent the natural progression of those cases by having inside people in those judges chambers. Comey and Mueller are a co-product of that system, as it emerged earlier in their careers. Wake up to your awful state... |

If legit, this would explain a lot.
I have zero faith in anything positive happening though. |

many politicians over the years have confirmed that they get The Talk from their party leaders once they get elected. It's a slight variation of what you said. It's more like, "if you play ball, you'll get rich, be influential, and get re-elected. If you don't, then nobody will sponsor your bills, no pork goes to your district, you get no funds for your re-election campaign, and you're a one-term loser who goes home in disgrace." I've said for a long time it's like people go to DC, get brought to some smokey room, sat down, then someone tells them the facts of life. This is what we have on you. This is what we can do to you and your family. These are all the good things we'll share if you play ball. If they don't play ball they have an "accident." I have no proof of it, but I suspect the intelligence resources have been used by the swamp for a long time to protect itself. |

Who cares? We are powerless and nothing will ever come of it. No longer any sense in worrying about it. Glad I'm not the only one who noticed. Things like this really make the "Fake News" make far more sense than the story we're told by "normal news". Roberts has been suspected ever since that decision, regarding his adoptions and other things prior to that Obamacare ruling. This makes Obamacare decision fit together with observed reality (based on news telling us what happened, and reactions to same), while the 'normal news' will emphatically demand you believe it is not real. |

Most of the impetus of that happened under Bush Sr.'s tenure, maybe even before, not that Presidents would know what was going on in the labyrinth of Federal bureaucracies.
