After that shooting last weekend it wouldn't surprise me to find out that she's afraid of internet creeps.

Police officers often moonlight as security. She likely paid to have them there...which is sane given her profile.

I'm guessing that if you have the money, you can hire as many off-duty officers for personal protection as you wish.

I came into this thread with a huge bag of fucks to give, but now that I am here, the bag seems to be empty.

What's that old bag gonna stop, honestly? View Quote The SP2022 she has probably would stop something. I imagine its rare for a famous actor to actually attend graduation. For that matter I think its fairly rare for a famous actor to graduate. So good for her. I would also guess that the cop was probably a university cop. |

Trussel and Meyer for the most part use university cops. State troopers and CPD provide extra at the stadium as there are hundreds of thousands of people. |

The ST LT you see next to Saban we use to work the same county together back in our younger years. The AL ST has an EP school they put on in Selma. |

Yeah I took the EP course at TPD a couple of years ago. Awesome. I'd probably chalk it up to university police not wanting the responsibility / training / etc. On the other hand OSU has an MRAP. |

it must not be much of a threat since the cop body guard is carrying keys in her gun hand.

What's that old bag gonna stop, honestly? Judge a book by it's cover much? For all that you know she probably shoots better splits than 87% of Arfcom. She might. However I always get a kick out of ARF and other places that assume that the good guy (or gal) will always be the alpha character and be in control of the outcome. That cop might stop a bullet or end a confrontation with her gun. More than likely, she'll only be a source of guidance to usher the principal away from danger while other cops do the dirty work. Not a slam on the female cop, that's just how it works. |

View Quote lol, there are a lot of unaware/ignorant cops out there. She's probably never worked a "serious" protection detail. Most likely, this is just another assignment among many that never get intense training, just a basic overview of the duties. Or maybe she has/is trained. Lots of cops get lax over time. The photos do show her "I haz serious face" |

Am I the only one who thought of the cop being tipped over the table?

Cops? maybe not, but cops aren't always the best for a security detail anyway. Much better private security details out there that would eat a cop for lunch (figuratively speaking) |
