It happened to me once, about 7 or 8 years ago. In a bar in northern wisconsin. I was recently divorced, dancing with a "local" gal. Some of the local guys didn't like it.

I was bumped two or three times on the dance floor, didn't think too much about it. The fourth bump was quite hard and direct. It seem the guy who bumped me was one of 8 guys there from a bachelor party. His buddy had been wanting to dance with this girl all night to no avail. Boo hoo. They thought it was 8 against one.

There were nine of us there, scouting for the upcoming deer season. I was one of the middle sized guys at 6-0, 270. Three guys with us were in the 6-3 to 6-5 foot range, ex lineman. As the guy and I were nose to nose about to blow up out of nowhere a fist went flying over my shoulder and connected to the guys nose. Hey, I was still wanting the hot gal and didn't want to fight, but it was on now. My little nephew (6-4, 280) took that guy out then things went downhill fast.

Lucky for us I was best friends with the bar owner and had bounced some guys out of his bar a few weeks before for selling drugs in his bar. The night ended up pretty well for us, not so much for the other guys who ended up leaving much more broken up than us, and several in cuffs.

Bar fights are not fun, and we were all very sore for many days to come, but what a night it was...

So yes, I've been bumped, and it didn't go well at all.

ps. the chick left because she thought we were barbarians for fighting. Oh well.

To the original question, not often. I tend to mind my own business and I'm usually there with a large group or friends (back when I drank) so we were normally left alone unless my buddy Jeff started it.

Yeah, at times this summer their was more traffic than the NYS thruway. And huge 18 wheel trucks that have no bussiness on my road running all the gears in their trucks as they go past my house.

funny thing is about last week i was out washing my car and this huge truck starts up my hill doing really loud shifts so I walked out my driveway and stood in the middle of the road to make him come to almost a complete stop. I looked in th truck and the guy was almost busting a gut laughing so I smiled and waved him on

Here is another one for you , I drove back from florida at the speed of 95 miles per hour following another car all the way north and when I hit the washington DC area we were the only cars allowed on the car pool lane , I was the only person in my car driving 95mph in the car pool only lane and every time I passed a parked police car the officer would just look the other way, believe it or not , they had me believeing that I was following an FBI guy. I contacted the FBI about what was going on and never heard a word from them.

Theses people even use little children to screw with you. They are really very evil men and I want to teach them a simple lesson , you can screw with unethical people all day long.
