Oh, we know all about it. I lived in Kansas City MO for 35 years and saw what the scum of the shitty neighborhoods did on the news all the time, the drive by shootings, robberies, murders, rapes. In 2011, I ordered a new Bodyguard .380 with laser specifically to carry concealed since the shit from those areas was leaking in to the once quiet area I had lived in for a long, long time. I moved there at 21 in 1986, and we used to walk to the Westport bar area, never once thinking about being shot or robbed. Needless to say, my attitude changed and I stopped going to a lot of places downtown and stayed in my South KCMO area where it was (for a time), quiet and safe.
