The a few weeks later their FFL is stripped by the ATF... and now they need to remove "firearms" again. |

What a strange thread. I googled "Corby Hall" and multiple ar15.com threads pop up with OP under multiple user names. In one example, he posed as someone else under the name in the OP. Multiple instances of grandiose claims and vitriol aimed at competitors. OP, I've got zero need for a folding AR with proprietary parts, but maybe some folks will. I'd recommend hiring a marketing person to post in your place. You aren't cut out for this.

Aside from all the purse swinging....
Has anyone done a torture test on the folding AR design? It just looks to me that the mechanism that locks the barrel into place could end up wearing at contact points to the point where it could get sloppy. I really would be concerned about slop where a barrel and bolt lock up to make a controlled explosion. What's it look like at 5,000 rounds? 10,000? ETA: At let's face it.... the thing will be folded and unfolded 5 times for every round it fires as the owner plays with it. What does repeatedly locking it up do to the contact points? |
