If you wanted to get really pedantic, they're not B61-12s in the photo, so those specific versions of sunshine-in-a-can in the pic won't be falling out of a B-21 weapons bay, no. |

Oh, there are certainly still plans, they're just under the "OPLAN" nomenclature now. There are many OPLANs which offer a variety of strategies for a long, long list of possible scenarios rather than a "one size fits all doomsday plan" like the SIOP was. |
