Cool idea but the problem is this: Who fucked shit up bad enough that we need this in the first place? Further, who messed up America bad enough we need to make it great again? My guess is voters born sometime between 1945 and 1965 generated a never ending list of shit to fix, that they inexplicably want to blame someone else for. |

They weren't sufficiently represented in government in 1968 to be blamed for the GCA either. |

The Solicitor General stepping in for the Gardner case at SCOTUS would be a gigantic win for national reciprocity, where a VA driver headed to PA removed her handgun from her locked glove compartment and displayed it after she was forced off the road by a driver in Maryland. The incident happened pre-Bruen, but she was convicted post-Bruen. The court told her tough cookies on all of her 2A arguments, but then sentenced her to no jail time (it was a 3 year felony, now upped to 5 year), and the MD Supreme Court denied cert. |
