Not a lot of people in the US appreciate blood sausage.
I really like it. I don't understand why people don't like congealed pig's blood, with raisins, sugar and cinnamon. My wife has steadfastly refused to even try it. |
|
I wouldn't say I love it, but I don't turn down durian.
Many people appear to be against eating any type of monkey. It's not bad. I am a big fan of lengua. |

It cleared up some of the mystery when I submitted my DNA to I started making some Jewish foods with my daughter this year as she loves to cook. For some reason wife or son won't touch our matzo ball soup My personal submission: beets and everything beet related. I can't believe how many people just flat out hate beets. One of my favorite healthy snacks is just a nice scoop of pickled beets. Mole that tastes like absolute shit. I love the first kind and the best place to get it is in Peubla. I will try mole, but have seldom found good mole outside of Mexico. It’s a time consuming dish to prepare and difficult to get right. |

I like pickled beets with cottage cheese. Lots of black pepper on top.
