OK, here are a few questions...
1) Do you ever add anything to the TSFL meals? For example, adding cut up a few mushrooms or broccoli and adding to the TSFL soup meals.
2) Are you ever NOT hungry on the TSFL diet?
3) How much income per month do you make as a TSFL health coach?
4) How much has your customer base grown since you became a TSFL health coach?
5) Do you plan to work towards being a TSFL health coach full time or just as a part time, extra income job?
6) How do you advertise, only through the TSFL pre-made website or with your own website?
7) What else do you do for advertising, direct mail, web forums or other types of marketing?
1. No. The TSFL meals are pre-made. You eat your Lean and Green meal that you buy from the grocery store. There you get creative with what you want to eat. I love the program because you eat regular food. So, if your family wants to go out to eat, just make that your lean and green meal and get something healthy such as steak, grilled chicken, pork chops, and vegetables, etc.
2. I don't get hungry that often because you eat every 2-3 hours. If I do, I eat a healthy snack such as sugar free Jell-O (only 10 calories), almonds, or beef jerky
3. It all depends on how many clients you have. You get 20% commissions and up depending on how much volume you have each month.
4. It has grown pretty steadily. 2/3 of America is overweight or obese so there is no shortage of people who want/need to get healthy.
5. Right now I am doing this part time because I have a full time job as a manager/IT guy. I eventually would like to do this as my only job when I eventually grow my business more.
6/7. I mostly advertise through facebook and twitter and direct them to my TSFL website. Most of my clients come from word of mouth because people see how you and your clients are doing so well on the program that it is contagious and they want the same results.
