For the love of God, keep Old Bay away from Gulf seafood.

Peel the shrimp, freeze to make stock or bisque later. Marinade in chili pepper (or cayenne powder) and mixed garlic. Grill with a splash of tequila. Finish with a fresh squeeze of lime.

Roll them in rice paper or egg roll wrapper and deep fry.  Make a dipping sauce.

Easy.

FUCK YES!. I just made some jumbo shrimp last night. I just boiled them. I ate half with fried corn tortilla tacos and avocado slices and pico de gallo. Ate the remaining with cocktail.

Gulf shrimp are best used for bait.

NC, SC, GA, north FL whites or GTFO.

Broil in ramkins half full of butter with a crushed clove of garlic.
One of my favorite things to eat, but it's not really a main dish kinda thing.

I live on the Gulf.

What variety of Shrimp have you got?

Royal Reds?  Whites?  ?

Royals I go scampi over rice.  Heavy on the garlic.  These are deep water shrimp that are like little lobsters.

Whites I like crispy fried with slap yo mama in both the wash and dredge.

Got a few lbs so it's going to be a main dish. Going sort of off someone's suggestion of marinating in oil and garlic. I hit them with Tony's to draw the flavor in. Going scampi and Spanish rice. Basic but we'll enjoy it.

Saute them in butter and olive oil mix until just pink, squeeze lemon juice into them and cook for about 1/2 - 1 minute more.

Serve with melted butter and optional coctail sauce

If you have a lot of them, use some to make Shrimp 'N' Grits.
