Last month's Austin ARFCOMers dinner was at Fuddrucker's.
 .I assume that won't happen again. A car club I belong to sometimes meets at the Fudd's in Irving TX. I'll encourage that to cease. |

Never had a problem carrying a firearm at Fudd's... then again, I've never felt the need to OC and it is not legal in NY anyway. Their house, their rules. I have zero problem with it.

I'm not one of those LEO that don't understand that. Also, I will not stop going there to eat, as I actually enjoy their food, and the bosslady likes the veggie burgers. |

This is a serious question so please bear with me, but what gives a private business the right to refuse someone service for excercising their 2nd Amemdement rights but not allow that same business to refuse someone service based on their race, ethnicity or sexual preference?
