Your position of moral superiority is worthless. I bet you're old 50+ and can't understand for the life of you why the left is winning. Why socialism is so appealing to so many young people. I can tell you why!!!! People like you who stuck their heads in the sand while Marxist educated the youth. People like you who didn't want to get out and fight because you're better than that and the only people who protest are loser democrats who don't have jobs. People like you have cost us everything because your better than the left. But they are winning because they know how to win. Because they fight and are willing to do what it takes to win. You strategy of moral superiority is worthless because it is a loseing strategy. If you want to win you need to get off you high horse of moral superiority and get your hands dirty. When we win you can get back up on your high horse of moral superiority. View Quote |

I've only read pages 1 and 8, so some of the underlying information on this may have been posted already.
A month or so ago I was in a vape shop buying juice when I observed a customer and an employee bashing Trump. I have known the employee for years, since he was a door guy/oyster shucker at Cooter Brown's and vape shops weren't even a thing. It was delightful how quiet the pair got when I pointed out that the FDA deeming regulations which will effectively ban e-cigs in the U.S. were suposed to take effect in August of this year, but Trump's directive on regulations shortly after taking office cancelled that (though the regulation is still sitting on the shelf, now scheduled for roll out in 2022.) So without Trump, the employee would not have his job, and the customer, if he still wanted nicotine, would be stinking and coughing from using regular cigarettes. |

I don't know where people get this stuff. If the employees at a store want you to leave, the cops are going to tell you to leave. Period. You are free to take it up with the owner later, but if you refuse to go, you are going to jail for criminal trespass. (At that point, you are being charged by the cops for refusing to leave, so it doesn't matter if the owner disagrees with the clerk. This type of criminal trespass case is a slam dunk. You are going to court. You are going to lose. The cops are going to make overtime.) View Quote |

When an employee at a Pep Boys in New Orleans calls the police because someone refuses to leave the store, do you really think the responding officers tell him/her there's nothing they can do until the owner shows up from Philadelphia? What about a Wal-Mart? "Sorry Sir, we can't arrest him without the owner saying so. I guess you better get a shareholder meeting organized so they can vote on it." View Quote |

Quoted: According to the SCOTUS. but that's not me. Doesn't mean you aren't trespassing when you are asked to leave private property. I never understood this mentality. I always think of my own home. If someone is there and I want them to leave, they better fucking leave... regardless of circumstances - I can be acting like the biggest asshole ever and be completely wrong, but if it's my house and I ask them to leave - you fucking leave. That's the way it has to work. It's not a power trip, I don't agree with screeching ginger, but that's how it is. If I was in someone else's home and they asked me to leave, even if they were wrong and completely offensive, etc etc etc, I would just immediately leave - it's their house. View Quote |

I love all the so called freedom lovers here that cannot understand that the sanctity of private property is one of the two most paramount issues when it comes to having any freedom at all. First is your person, second is private property.
If other people are allowed to intrude upon your person or your private property, you will never have freedom. When you are asked to leave property that is not your own, you do. If you can't figure that out, then you have no idea what freedom is - and you deserve none yourself. |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8y3c_zwCPg ...and the Trump t-shirt customer enjoys every minute of it. View Quote Well... I'm kinda mixed. Part entertaining and part "assholes colliding" (mostly entertaining though). Fun watching how triggered the employee got. And I swear I thought the Trump supporter was going to say "bake that cake". But at the same time, legally the employee can ask him to leave. Granted he also lost the high-ground when he started screaming like a baby, and when he took a swing at the customer. The best thing would have been to just stay calm and call the cops. (like how that one gun store owner did with the soyboy who acted like a dick in the store). Although, what is this 'corporate'? Most vape shops I've seen are mom-and-pop shops. The owner might have something to say about an employee acting like that though. |

I'm curious about the guys who are putting blame on the customer in this video. If you walked into a store, and were treated like that by an employee because they didn't like your shirt, are you really saying your response would be "Good day to you, sir!", and you'd leave? I'm not buying it, unless you really are the Right's soy-boy equivalent. I can't imagine letting someone shit on me like that and just walking out because "their rules". Fuck him, and fuck that. View Quote Mature adults definitely wouldn’t just go about their day and find somewhere else to shop if an employee asked them to leave. People upset about being “shit on” like this are why jails are full of people too stupid to control their emotions who end up getting arrested for assault. |
