Thinning out the numbers of vermin is not the same as hunting. A true crow hunt is fun, this video sounded like they just wanted some birds shot. Both types of shooting them have their place.

I learned something new today too. I always heard they were carrion birds and shouldn't be eaten.

I've heard the young ones are delicious, one of the hunting magazines ran an article a few years ago. Older birds, like anything else, are tough.

Since when is making an observation about a safety violation complaining (especially when it concerns a child's eyesight) and being that "one guy?"

I'm sure others noticed it but didn't mention it because I did.

However, I knew there would be that ONE GUY who would complain about my observation and it happened to be you.

Are you happy now?

wrong.
those British rooks are retarded. You would never be able to just walk up and shoot multiple American crows.
I've heard that you can detach the bottom of a crow's tongue and teach them to mimic speech, like a parrot.

I've seen crows band together to support an injured member of the flock, and refuse to leave until the injured crow was ready to move.
we also had a flock of crows attack and chase off a red-tailed hawk that was after my wife's chickens.

Yup.

I think they're a little different.  In Europe they have both Crows and Rooks.  Yes they're all corvidae but so are Ravens, and that's a pretty different bird.  Rooks look like small crows, Ravens like big crows.

Also if I'm not mistaken both Ravens and Rooks are smart enough to make and use simple tools... They'll bend wire into a hook to get at food..

Crows IIRC are kinda stupi

crows around here fly off before you can get into shotgun range

the only way to hunt them is with a decoy

Ravens are protected.

He's only an asshole for the TV. Everyone says that off screen he's a pretty great guy.

MasterChef Jr. proves this. He really cares for the kids and wants them to continue to grow and enjoy cooking. GR is cool in my book.

That is probably some of the worst advice I've ever heard.  Then again, that is HEAVILY prosecuted up here if you get caught and it is really easy to tell the species apart.  Treated the same as shooting a bald eagle.
