Well that's the only one I was kinda worried about, if it's not true I'll delete it, we don't need to rely on bullshit like the antis. I kinda figured it was more satirical than factual, but oh well it may not be obvious to some. |

Mods should make a Sticky from this thread.
These are great for getting rid of liberal "friends" on Facebook. |

There are thousands of those, I think we are sticking with gun control meme s that anti s can understand. That pic they will take at face value and not realize it's a joke... |

Pol Pot was not leader of Cambodia in 1956 and had no power to disarm anyone. Same for Mao in 1935. We need to stop posting factually laughable anti-gun control memes. |

I'm trying to prevent gun owners from posting something that's historically laughable and that will be dismissed out of hand by those who need to understand it most. If you consider the quest for historical accuracy as "splitting hairs," I just don't know what to say to you. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Maybe you could fill in the missing facts instead of dismissing mass genocide all together.. |

Holy shit is that a 10/22?? |

This one is also retarded and will just make us all look bad. George Washington was a typical speaker and writer of his age. He wrote in very long and convoluted sentences that took forever to reveal his point, typically. Anytime you see something like this attributed to Washington that expresses a modern thought simply and clearly, it is almost certainly a fake quote. Washington was an educated man and also would never have used the contraction "it's" when he meant "its."
I know, just splitting hairs again, but if gun advocates would start approaching these historically-based memes with a skeptical eye, we wouldn't embarrass our cause with the frequency we do. |
