Crack it and spit out the shell, leaving only the edible seed in their mouth?

Unless you had mouth cancer and you’re missing part of you mouth I’m not sure how this is a skill that needs mastering
You wanna talk about skill, Ive seen bitches that could tie a cherry stem in a knot with their tongue! A sunflower seed is nothing compared to that skillset!
How do you not know how to do that?
How did you learn to tie your shoes? |
Lmfao. I can put a handful of sunflower seeds in my mouth and separate shells using my teeth and tongue. I learned how at like 8 yrs old

Store multiple seeds in left side of mouth, one at a time transfer to the right side, crack open, eat seed, spit shell

Pretty easy. When the weather is warm I toss a handful in my mouth and spit the shell out the window. Side of my workvan is usually littered with sunflower seeds.

When I was a kid I didn’t realize how it worked. Used to just chew the whole thing to get the salt and spit it out. That was a good laugh when someone was like what the hell are you doing.

Get the Jumbo's from David & Son. These crack easily between the cusps of your teeth. With your tongue, separate shells and meat kernel. Push the shells out of your mouth with your tongue. Eat the rest. Wash down with Diet Pepsi.

I dated a girl you used to show off tying Maraschino cherry stems in her drinks in a knot.
I can’t comment beyond that…. |

A guy I work with claims that processing seeds is a great way to stay awake on long car drives.

I save time and effort by eating them whole including shell. Same thing with peanuts

I learned about the same time that I learned how to blow a bubble with Bazooka Joe gum.

Practice.
The same way you learn how to tie a Cherry stem into a knot in your mouth using only your tongue. |
Same way I eat the chocolate part of a peanut butter m&m, then the peanut butter center. Or peanut variety.

I don't know, but for several days I was around a guy that did that all day long.
