Roughly 78% of the USA male population is overweight, obese, or morbidly obese. It's a safe bet that greater than 50% of our membership could stand to lose a few pounds. At 5'10" and 147 pounds I don't consider myself to be in that category. I work out a lot and generally eat healthy and moderate the drinking. Before the site accuses me of being 'skinny fat' i generally workout 5-6 days a week. On Sunday I did a 30 mile mountain bike ride, Monday I ran 7.5 miles at a 7:11/ mile pace, and today I swam 3,200 meters non stop in 62 mins. Tomorrow I'll probably hop on the peloton for at least an hour.

Weighed this morning and am 174 lbs and 18% body fat at 6' tall, and am 56. About 5.5 years ago I was 196 and 26%, but decided I needed to get in better shape.

157.8 lbs at the Doctors today. I've lost 1 lb since I retired 2 1/2 years ago . I drink , smoke , never exercise and eat just about anything I want . I was in my 40s before I broke 140 lbs .

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought.What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

I am fat for sure, 6'2 280lbs.
I do have a large frame and store fat all over my body (rather than just having a big gut or whatever) so it isn't as egregious as it could be, but yeah I am fat as fuck. I am working my way down though, my heaviest was 330. |
