It’s a decent little truck, and it’s like a billy goat in the woods. 4lo 1st gear and it will pull a hill at idle like nothing with a load of wood. My oldest is 10 and she can drive it. @Commander_Keen |

My newest truck and semi daily driver is 51 years old. 52 if you count the build date and not the model year.

2002 F250, 7.3L Powerstroke, ZF S6 trans, extended cab, 8' bed, 250K+ miles. Always maintained, I'm e the second owner. Original owner was a diesel mechanic with a dirt work company who used it to trailer a backhoe around. Works like a mule every day.

Quoted: That's the unicorn of them. Mine was built just after the changeover but early enough not to be a 53 block View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: 98 12 valve. The half year where you could get the quad cab with the 12 valve. Love the truck. That's the unicorn of them. Mine was built just after the changeover but early enough not to be a 53 block Yeah, I had to have that combo. If you can avoid it, the 98 24v is kind of a PITA, the 98 dash is 1 year only and the replacement bezels are all made for the 99-02 layout. So if you're gonna put up with the 98, at least get the 12v. And with the 98 12v, the fuel sending unit is a half year only thing, and the only place that still sells it wants over $400 for it, it's just a basket and sending unit, there's no lift pump in it I ended up buying a universal ultrasonic fuel sensor that mounts on the bottom of the tank, but it's been finicky. I think I may end up going to the 96-97 sending unit and using a convertor box to correct the ohm range that the 98+ wants to see. Hard to tell from the pic but yours also looks like a club cab, a lot of people don't realize they still made the club cab 98+. |

2000 silverado LS
147k miles on it. I hope to keep it going another 20 years. Only rust on it is kicker panels on both sides. Chevy was stupid to fill them with fiberglass house insulation. |

Not the best experience purchasing through them. I won't be back. I waited 5.5 months for my special order truck to arrive and they added aftermarket charges(tint and security etching), billed more than the signed/agreed upon price and refused my outside financing when I went to pick it up. I'm very happy with the truck though. |

Come mid december i will have had it 20 years.
2003 Dodge Ram 3500 dually with a Cummins diesel and 6 speed manual. About 130,000 on the odometer. |
