I was watching a class B movie last night, "Endangered Species", about a family on a self-guided, African wildlife drive that went terribly wrong. When the leopard jumped from off screen to take down one of the actors, I liked to have fallen out of my recliner...LOL! I'm seldom surprised by movie ploys like that, much less startled, but they got me.
I kind like that scene in "Open Range" where Costner just whips out his 6-shooter and nails the gunfighter in the forehead while standing toe-to-toe with him. Seems logical now, but it was a bit of a surprise. |

Deep Blue Sea, when the shark eats Samuel L. Jackson while he's giving his speech. Friend and I were watching it for the first time, he said, "man wouldn't it be funny if the shark came up out of the pool and ate him right now," 3 seconds later CHOMP! We about pissed ourselves laughing.

watched a very bad "b" zombie movie when I was a kid (mid 80s) . I have no idea what it was called. This TV kept getting passed around and zombies would come out of it and eat people. Got down to it was just a teenage girl and young boy.. zombie ate the girl..then the boy..then the credits rolled

Cabin in the woods. All the advertising I had seen leading up to seeing it had led me to believe it was just a normal scary movie, hilarious twist.

The scene in Platoon where they throw a grenade into a hole, and suddenly the theater smells like smoke.
In the moment, I thought that was an awesome effect until I realized that there was a real fire in the theater. Having to do a fire drill in the middle of a movie wasn't so great though. |

Pretty lame but when Jack Ryan just shoots the cook. I thought there was going to be a cheesy, drawn out 90's movie fight but nope.

In "Horny Lesbian Squirting Part 6" I did not expect there would be THAT MUCH squirting.
It got all over the camera lens. |
