It's a East Coast IPA.  About 56 IBUs.  Centennial and Chinook are the aroma hops.  Needs to have "horse" somewhere in the name.  Military references are welcome.

Prize will be something you'll enjoy, although I can't describe it here.

Pale Horse Rider

I am a fellow brewer as well. 56 IBU is more of a pale ale than an IPA

Have you had Juicy Bits by Weldwerks?  Fucking phenomenal.  They are the reason I'm doing one.

I've had Juicy Bits and Double-dry hopped Juicy bits. You should also try Codename: Superfan from Odd 13.

i really wish everyone would stop making so many high ibu ipas.

This is not a bitter beer.

56 ibus sounds fairly bitter but if you manage to make more of a regular pale ale instead of an india pale ale where the hops come through as more of a floral note instead of overpowering it good job.

random tidbit of info india pale ale was overly hopped to help preserve it shipping from england to india for the troops there.

I might suggest not naming it an india pale ale and simply a pale ale if it isn't super hoppy or bitter.

"Horse Collar" Light  IPA

Made The Way Beer Should Taste Like

Brewed with Premium Grains and Yeast

You Just Can't Have One.

I am a home brewer myself. Try a Bourbon Barrel Porter with oak chips in the secondary and six ounces added to the  bottling bucket.

CDA is another good ale.

Here's looking at you.

New England Style IPAs are not really like a traditional west-coast IPA. They have a bit more body and a hazy appearance. They have a "soft" mouthfeel. While they have some bitterness, there is enough maltiness to make the flavors of the hops really "pop".  Dry hopping introduces flavors like citrus, pineapple, peach, and melon, but this is balanced out by piney bitterness as well. You end up with a beer that is easy enough to drink but packed with flavor. It also has an amazing aroma that puts a lot of other beers to shame. This is not your father's IPA. If you've never had one, you don't know what you are missing. Some of them look like a heffeweizen, but one whiff and you'll smell the difference right away.

The haziness usually comes from a number of factors like water chemistry, proteins from adjunct grains, and the low-flocculating yeast strains that they prefer. All work together to create something new and different that has the craft beer world buzzing.

Of all the NE style IPAs I've had, I really liked beers that were dry-hopped with Galaxy, Citra, or Mosaic- or some combination of these. Centennial can come pretty close though.
