I love the bolter!
My favorite was always the pipe gun AR build by one of the members of arfcom. I think it had a 2x4 for a stock and a screwdriver handle for a grip. |

Good shit guys and gals, keep it coming. I think I'm beginning to see something come together in my mind.

The future? Which future?
Whether or not the Dems win this Nov, whether Trumpy Bear is elected, and a possible 3rd term, or if Hillary is elected in 2020, the futures are drastically different. One is a prosperous world full of wine, feasts, and plenty of fair maidens in need of breeding. The other, is a post apocalyptic wasteland where we survive on canned pork and beans and cat jerky, and where somehow eating utensils didn't survive the war. |

I would say a Hans Solo inspired blaster but that would be better served by a PCC specific lower.

Define futuristic, though. Jetsons? Star Wars? Halo? 2018 special forces? 2028 special forces? |

View Quote This is what I'm putting together for Christmas: https://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/2151642_Christmas-stepdaughter-bayonet-platform-27-bbl-fantasy-build.html More retro than futuristic - going to be a top-feeder like a BREN or ZB26. |

I wanted to build a future rifle and I was going to go this route, and painted white with Lancer red mags filles with tracers for Star War mags.
I just dont dont want to pay the $200 stamp |
