Corporations filled with collegiate indoctrinated stooges who never worked the trenches are the issue. They won't pay to attract accomplished workers they can't control and who know more than they do, but they hate the headaches of having inexperienced citizens who react to the abuse the public heaps on them and who say and do exactly what YOU would do in the same situation. So, it's both. And that is a huge tell about the Corporate Mindset. Basically, stupid. All the wrong people are in charge - ladder climbers using any device to pad their careers and advance the next rung. To improve profitability and harvest high turnover sales, what did one company suggest? Putting MILK COOLERS in their AUTO PARTS stores. You want 20-something kids stocking the cooler after handling a oily starter? Nope, got to go wash your hands, wait folks, it's a requirement, you all just line up while he/she's doing that. Candy bar or Hot Rod mag anyone? And the other chains see that kind of thinking and jump on it because their focus is to out sell the other guy regardless of whether it's stupid or not. Now, you tell me - does your ammo supplier sell tampons? GD tells me, yes they can. And whine slobber bitch Oh NOoooes, they are banning handgun ammo! Which, they aren't, but the point is - do you expect to see tampons and panty hose in your LGS? Then why does some cheap discount department store get a pass on it because they buy pallets of ONE kind of ammo then split a box out to each store? Who's worse, Corporate, or Gun Fudds? Unfortunately, they share one remarkable quality, they are the same species and even worse, the same level of intelligence. Average. And like Congress, you get what you deserve. Look where we are right now with the Legislative Branch. If you think they are idiots, imagine what it's like dealing with their Corporate Supporters who shovel money at them - the money they won't pay in salaries or benefits to Americans because they outsourced all their production overseas. I'm pointing a finger at YOU GM, and you need to own it. GM figured out right now it's cheaper to build somewhere else like Malaysia, then ship the cars here and they make MORE money. Meantime back at the Typical Corporate Campus, everyone walks around sipping latte's in heavy cardboard cups from the onsite vendor and congratulating each other on deadstopping HR complaints over there. Not our problem if THEIR country isn't investigating sexual abuse or trafficking children in the parts trucks shipments. Nope, Corporate is completely protected and insulated. Too bad Epstein got caught, those stupid Fibbies haven't uncovered where we go now. "Corporate oversight and monitoring." I know a lot of you guys reading this work smaller companies and are lucky to have very little of it, but the reality is when you exceed a few thousand employees, it's creeping in, and it's not going to get better. At that point the ladder climbers start looking at your structure as a targetable harvest and it's only a matter of time when the better hucksters jump on board sucking the salaries and life out of the company. I can pinpoint the exact time of day that happened for my present employer - they bought a large chain based in California, and the place has slowly slipped into becoming a circus of West Coast Think. Shenanigans and all the wrong people now infused thru out the company. The guys who started out in the local stores who worked their way up are bailing out left and right, hollowing out the company and taking as much of the cash with them as they can. And I'm going with them - You want to buy milk shopping for oil filters, or ammo at your tampon retailer? Be careful what you ask for. BTW, if your ammo store had quit selling tampons, would you have bitched as much about that? No? Didn't think so. View Quote |

I suspect the electronically stabilized recticle isnt actually true level. Set up a plumb line on white surface and sure enough, it is exactly how we mounted it. When i shoulder the rifle and level the reticle physically (to my naked caveman eyes) the left light turns on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKxzAwU1Ffk View Quote |

Yup. You applied to the English department and the rules for the portfolio got whittled down enough that you could just attach blank MS Word documents
