The husband is calm as can be. Now his wife on the other hand.
Entitled Neighbor Loses It When the Police Don't Take Her Side |
|
If she's right and the neighbors built over her property line it's not criminal mischief if she knocked over the wall on her property line. Cops were too nicey nice and overly involved.
"ma'am this is a civil matter, not a police matter if you are loud we will arrest you for disorderly conduct. Don't make us come back here." Vroom I didn't make it to the end. I got bored. |

Husband is probably looking forward to the crazy make up poon after

I dated a Korean girl who behaved that way when she drank. She could go from sunshine to the exorcist chick at the speed of light.
Anyway, I’d hit it. |

Isnt there some kind of sedative the police can use when someone goes off like that in custody?

I see "crazy asian lady" and I think "Finally! A hot crazy chick!"
Nope. |

She may be nuts but he's lousy at verbal judo. He didn't start out very well and it went downhill from there.
The husband is the one who is really going to be punished. |

Where is the curtilage of that home? I guess she was technically outside it. If she's inside it they would need a warrant.

What's the term for Asian white trash? Cause she certainly is.

Quoted: It's not that simple. They trespassed onto her property and put their property (the curb, the shed) onto her property, but that doesn't make their property her property. It's still their property, even though it's on her land. She should get a court to order them to remove it, or to allow her to do so, but destroying it is damaging someone else's property. If it could be moved without damage she could move it onto their property, but in the case of buildings, walls, etc, you need to get a court order. View Quote Fixtures (structures/trees etc) can end up being considered part of the property. If you plant a bush at a rental house it ends up being the landlord's property. I don't know anything about WA law but she might have an argument that she gains ownership of a permanent structure a trespasser builds and can remove it. |

One is allowed to trim tree branches that overhang one's property. It would seem that "fixtures" placed on another's property could be considered the property owner's property, to be dealt with as the owner prefers. I would ask the neighbors nicely first though but just once. |
