What caused the explosion? Was the explosion intentional or an accident? Who was the woman? Was she a guest? The expecting? 56 years old, so probably not the one expecting a baby, but who knows?
Thank goodness they let us know that Knoxville is about 40 miles southeast of Des Moines, tho. That's the important thing. |

State Patrol declared it an explosive and you have to have a permit for it now They created an explosive target permit class , know one guy that did it , said the patrol had no clue or standards on it , so they just had him do the online course but waived the practical testing for an explosive license and called it good |

I wonder if more or less dumb shit happened when people were exposed to powerful fireworks at a young age and could buy dynamite and caps at the hardware store?
I bet a lot more kids lost a finger when young, but in terms of actual adults getting themselves killed, I think people used to respect explosives more. |
