Is it allowed? Yes. Is it socially awkward? Yes.
I would just buy some $20 earmuffs personally |
If it's ballistic, based on some of the holes I've seen in indoor ranges, it's not entirely unreasonable.
Don't they offer free muffs? Use those, save the helmet for sleeping and showers.

Yes OP. I think you should probably wear your helmet at all times.
They let you handle firearms? So proud of you. |

If you own a helmet with ear-pro and you're asking ARFCOM GD if you can or should wear it to an indoor range, then you shouldn't own a helmet with ear-pro.

That will give you the following modifiers:
+2 Stun resistance to sound +1 Bludgeoning resistance (head only) +1 Sneak/stealth (head only) -1 on intimidation checks (-4 with Badge of Level 3 CCW) -3 Comeliness Limitations: -May be worn only with wisdom <10 unless in combat -Alignment must be chaotic stupid unless in combat. -Flashing Light of Signaling visible only to characters with infravision. -20% chance of snag on overhanging branches. Additional 50% if Steel Horn of Rhino is worn in erect position. Only 30% chance if Cleric’s Mount of Wilcox or Norotos are used. -Vials of Concentrated Shock have 20% chance of fumbling if accessed with helmet on head. -Bag of Exceptionally Limited Holding has 20% chance of zipper break with each use. |

How good of a shooter are you?
If you're safe and better than like 75 percent of the other shooters wear it. If you suck people are going to laugh behind your back. |

Quoted: https://i.ibb.co/3s4yvwT/Helmet.png I only have this one for hearing protection. Should I get other safety earmuffs or just go with the helmet? View Quote If you're going to wear that to the local indoor range where the 200 year-old orange-hatted range nazi doesn't allow rapid fire by the 300 pound woman practicing to kill her husband with her Taurus Judge, just go all out and kit up with full turret gunner armor. |

Weird for sure. But then, most here making fun of you probably don’t own a setup like that and if so, probably don’t train with it.
I’ve done NOD training at dusk/overcast conditions with the pin-hole covers on and I could see that being useful in an indoor range setup. OP, if you’re training hard/realistic forget what all the others say. That said, if your LARPing then yeah….you’re a tool |

If you’re going for that “huge faggot” look I say wear the helmet.
You'll look dumb wearing it with normal clothes, wear at least a set of plates with it so people will know you are operating.
Welll..... if at a public range, you might want to add rifle plates. Safety first!!!
