I'd buy from whichever of them has what you want, and then go based on price.
Bluegrass is a good dude and probably much closer to you.

I don't know what I want.
Has to fit it in trunk and take up to 308.

Duckski being a sensible fellow, considering the scale they're working on, I'm betting the cutlery is gonna be relatively non-droolworthy.


I developed a love for the Forshner/Victorinox synthetic handled stuff when I was a cook.
Fairly cheap, decent steel that will take a good edge, and super easy to clean.

I have a couple more expensive knives now, but still have a few of those (and the rosewood handled versions for the 10" and 12" chef's knives).
