Quoted: Quoted: Which model? I'm pretty sure a TA-33 or TA-02 is going to be my next big optic purchase, plus a piggybacked RMR TA31 with RMR is the way (for me) I really dislike the tritium/FO system. I know that's the opposite of a lot of people, but I really hate the idea of spending up to $600 every 10-15 years to keep it useful at night. But the weight savings are probably worth it, so I'll probably end up with the TA-33/RM06. |

Those are good points but think about it, realistically you won't be doing old school shooting at night without nods
You'll have nods and can do passive shooting without the tritium (most likely) |

Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Welp, just bought an ACOG. Time to find out if the hype is real I like em I have 3 or 4 plus 2 BTO Bachman Turner Overdrives? Or this. |

I also like manually controlled brightness for daytime use, but there are (redneck) dimming solutions for the FO acogs. |

No, I'm trying to argue myself out of buying one. |

Pit threads should be confined to the pit.
At least that way everyone can swing purses in peace. |

I would’ve kept my ACOG if it wasn’t for my eyes going to shit.

Salad, baked beans, ribs for dinner. Just some ribs I found in the freezer. Wodstock coated them with some bbq dry rub and threw them in the oven at a low temp. Came out pretty good.

Or maybe marketing wanted a reticle that was bright as shit even though the engineers said it would be too bright in certain situations. Marketing didn’t want a more expensive product that had a dimming solution, so we got tape. Stupid engineers.
