You need a weapon RIGHT NOW. What are you carrying or what is closest to hand? Tonight's choice for me is a S&W 1026, in honor of a great man who used to carry this firearm. It was gifted to me by his widow, and I am honored to wear it.

Kel-Tec OD Green Gen 1 P3AT in a pocket of the recliner I'm sitting in with two reloads in the drawer of the side stand right next to the recliner.
On the bar about 8 feet away from me is a PF940SC with a +1 mag and one in the chamber of Underwood 90 grain +P+ Xtreme Defender ammo, a G17 mag with 124 grain +P Federal HST, and a G26 +2 mag loaded with Underwood 115 grain +P+ Xtreme Penetrator. |

4.5 month old kitten in the kitchen (likes to claw/climb anything, but just as likely to purr and look at you, but within 5 ft of me I have a AK, 10.5 500 BLKOUT, 1911 A1, and a AR15 with trigger and barrel upgrades.
I'm not even sure if my front door is locked, woe be to those who enter. |

I was doing inventory today. So right now more than normal is tucked back into the safe.. I do have a bullpup shotgun beside the desk, a Glock 17 by the bed, and a pocket carry LCP stashed in it's resting spot.

There's a Wilson/Armory Craft P-365X on the nightstand, a Gearhead Works/shooting Sight Tavor SAR between the bed and the nightstand and 7 year old Lhasa Apso with a bad attitude curled up on a heating pad down by my legs.

I carried a Hellcat with15round reload all day. I'm sitting in my recliner and it's on the table next to me. Under that table is a cold steel hawk that is always there. The coffee table has a hidden shelf under it with an ithica 37 12g. I live in a very safe rural area but you never know.
