Springfield XD-M Elite in 10mm. Can be had with or without red dot. Comes in 2 sizes; 3.8" compact or 4.5".
Just got the 4.5" w/red dot. I wanted to scratch the 10mm itch. Yah, I know we hate SA. I have not made it to the range yet with mine. 3.8" with dot 4.5" with dot |

You can get a regular Walther PDP optic ready for under $700. I have the 4", love it.

Stopped by a local shop and was surprised
Several different bbl length smith 686s. Also a 66 Some colt pythons and the cobras They had a p365 something or another with a comp. It was pretty compact and felt pretty nice. It was the only one I handled I either missed the glock case or they didn't have many Some smith autoloaders too but that's not my jam |

HK P30 with a short reset kit, threaded barrel, and ammo.
Or the P8A1 like you said. Those look super nice. |

Quoted: 1911s BHPs some revolvers(although no 4" K frame) Got a few glocks but I dont care about them. Got a few pocket pistols which are nice for carry Im reddot curious on a pistol. But I could also pick up a old school smith wheel gun and probably be happy Always kind wanted a USP again Whatever I buy itll be carried. I feel the USP is falling on the bigger side with that in mind View Quote If that’s the case, buy a $500 optic capable striker gun of some variety (Glock 19MOS, M&P 2.0C, Sig, etc) and an RMR or Holosun and watch your mind be blown. “The future is now old man” |

View Quote Ive got a 586 carry comp and its pretty nice If I did a revolver it would be the 66 as it stands. I didnt handle it but it seemed larger than I imagined. This is the 4.25" bbl one |

Quoted: Had a friend recall a rifle he temporarily lost in a divorce I now have a little unexpected gun money to reinvest Generally if I get rid of a gun I have something else already lined up. So my mind is wandering a bit on this one I feel Im leaning handgun however. Atlantic has some USPs which are tempting. Hell even some P8A1 designated ones which is neat but the safeties are ass backwards. The compd Sig guns are kind of intriguing. But I have never shot one. GD tempt me into buying a new handgun View Quote Wait for a Girsan 2311. Or get an FN510 |

Not gunna lie the 66 feels like its calling my name
But my head is saying the p365 more practical Ugh |

Do you have a pistol with a red dot? If not I'd buy some kind of 9mm I could put a Trijicon on
p365 is a decent little pistol |

Theyd have to go |

Quoted: Is that even Possible? View Quote I cut my teeth on 1911s. I took a whole buncha classes from a lot of guys like Hackathorn, Proctor and Defoor. Still have a TRP and a Professional that I went through all the classes with. They are just everything I want in a 1911. Ill never get rid of either willingly and I just dont feel I could purchase anything that would trump them in the 1911 realm |

May be able to pick up a slightly used Zev OZ9 or possibly one of their Sigs. Really like mine!

Pardini All in One - SP and HP series pistols conversion kit A little bit higher than your budget, but a sweet shooter. |

If you like steel frames and 1911's you should definitely shoot a CZ (I own a TSO and an S2). They both feel phenominal in the hands and are far more accurate than I will ever be able to shoot.

Another vote for the Canik Rival. I love to line up my striker guns with friends over and ask them to tell me which gun has the best trigger in their opinion. Canik wins every time. One guy goes to his truck and gets his P365 that had custom trigger work done to it. Lol. Nope. Still not as good. He admitted it himself. The only gun better or the same is the Walthers. I believe Canik copied the Walther design. Rival, red dot and some ammo come out to what I paid for my P320 X5. I’d rather have the Canik even if the price was the same.

I would definitely be buying something that accepts a quality optic and that you will want to carry 99% of the time. It's like a huge hole in your collection.

Heart wanted the 66 and that's what it got
I'll grab some pics after .gov finishes researching my background @03RN I finally grabbed tha 4" k frame I've been wanting for a few years now |
