I'm guessing because Simmons is classified as a Sporting Goods retailer? I would presume this would also apply to somewhere like Mark's Outdoors and Hoover Tactical, but would it apply to local gun only places?

In Jeffco MO the Sheriff was interviewed on the radio said gun sales were up, but we were already well armed. A message to the criminals St. Louis city is letting out of jail. No stores have been ordered shut.
