Even if the courts ignore the evidence... but the evidence is enough to convince the court of public opinion... even if we lose and Biden becomes President.. I'm just guessing, but it's probably because the courts won't be open for a few days so some judge can't issue some arbitrary black out or gag order.

Also hopefully to bolster and uplift patriots over the Thanksgiving Holiday while giving the commies ulcers.

I wouldn't just assume that. We've seen for four years just how distorted & corrupt the proper channels have become. I'm certain at least the first court or two will refuse to give her a fair hearing, same as happened to Trump.

How are judges assigned? Honest question. Does the filing date have to do with which judge hears the case? If this was my case to file, I would massage everything until it was just right. Think of it like talking a girl into butt stuff. Sure you can wear her down, but if you present it at just the right moment, it makes perfect sense.
