Richards messed this testimony up. He should have had the guy play one video in slow mo and go over how he calculates the time actions happen. Then play all the videos in real time and ask the expert what his analysis calculated the time between events. The point of the testimony is to remove the notion that Kyle had time to think and decide and make deliberate choices to fire each time. Watching these at normal speed shows how reactionary and chaotic it was and how little time there was to consider and think.
Also he likely bored the jury to tears. |
