New landlords are pot dealers in town.
Imagine this is politically motivated. |

That sucks Congress has to be a much more profitable endeavor. And people lose restaurants every day. “Around 60 percent of new restaurants fail within the first year. And nearly 80 percent shutter before their fifth anniversary. Often, the No. 1 reason is simply location.” To be honest Rifle is not a happening place… Aimless drove by it on the way to his new home, if he blinked then he missed it. I say this as someone who lived in a hotel for 6 months in Parachute just down the road. |

Was it any good?
I'm usually not a big fan of gimmick resturaunts. Though I'd go at least once if someone resurrected the Old San Francisco Steak House. If just for the lady on the swing if nothing else. |

I was in there a little over a month ago. It was us, another family, and a group of about 8 guys on a Thursday night at dinner time. The burger was very good and the onion rings were the best I've had. Sad it's closing

She'll be ok.
If she swims in the swamp long enough she can tap the same cash stream that makes all of them multi-millionaires. |

When you ascend to political grifting, a restaurant is peanuts.

I’ve got a transfer in at work to hopefully get back there soon. |

Quoted: The landlord wouldn’t renew the lease. It is mostly a political motivated thing. Democrat are a vindictive bunch and are all about controlling others. View Quote The democrats are as petty as it gets. They're tantruming little children when they don't get their way. They were humiliated by the SCOTUS on not one, but four major cases. They are going to be lashing out for while. Like petty little children. Plus, CO has become California-East. This kind of behavior is to be expected. |

Imagine being on a gun board and cheerleading the democrats.

I had a pretty good burger and fries, should have got the onion rings (wife did and they were great) atmosphere was great, everyone was carrying. We had a pretty good time, nice folks. |

After reading the article, it sounds like the landlord is either trying to force her to buy it from him/her due to boeberts new found fame/wealth, or wants to sell in general.

Be horrible if the new owners were audited every year, for ever. Oh wait, that is what a Democrap would do.
