Summer garden’s in full swing. An over abundance of scallop squash and zucchini incentivized me to make a vat of ratatouille. That’s typically made with eggplant, not scallop squash, but Duckski hates eggplant. Scallop squash subs in nicely, so here we are.

Great gardening Naamah. I didn't plant outside until after Memorial Day and I've got flowers where the squash and zucchini will be -- if the critters don't eat them first. Had a pretty flower one day and bitten off the next morning. Deer? The elk cow? Dunno.
